Neha Patil
CEO and Founder
Neha is a 12th grader and specializes in App Development and Machine Learning and knows languages like Python, Swift, HTML, and CSS. Along with coding, she's the captain of her school's Lincoln-Douglas debate team and the President of her school's FBLA. In her free time, she plays the violin and likes to build websites and apps. She is very passionate about closing the gender gap in STEM!
Amukta Vennam
COO
Amukta is a 12th grader, and her favorite programming languages are Python and Javascript. Along with Girls ReCode, she is an officer of her school's ASU club. She also is an active member of her school's debate team and orchestra. She also participates in Bharatnatyam dance. She would love to pass on her knowledge of coding to other kids and help them get far in STEM.
Frances Yong
Volunteer Manager
Franny is a 12th grader. She is the president of the knitting and crocheting club and the Almond Blossom Homelessness Initiative club. She actively participates in the Chinese club and is an officer in Student Sentinel and March for our Lives. Outside of the classroom, Franny is in The Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra, on the Debate team, and Track and Field team. She loves to watch anime, crochet, and bake in her free time.
Yuliana Pacheco
Metro-Atlanta Chapter Club Lead and Coordination Manager
Yuliana is a college student from Atlanta, Georgia. She has been coding for a little bit over half a year but has always had an interest in computing. Yuliana loves to explore new cultures and their foods, listen to music and watch movies! In Girls ReCode, Yuliana is an instructor for workshops and the lead of a Girls ReCode Chapter Club in Georgia. She is so excited to be a part of Girls ReCode!
Lizzie Casaleno
Curriculum Manager
Lizzie is an 11th grader from Atlanta, Georgia. Her favorite programming languages are HTML and CSS. She's involved in a Girls Who Code programming club. At Girls ReCode, Lizzie is an instructor for camps and workshops. She loves to dance and play chess in her free time.
Aleena Reddy
Co-Coordinator and Curriculum Manager
Aleena Reddy is an 11th grader who loves to read, write, and perform. In addition to Girls ReCode, she is involved with theatre, the debate team, and the club Pencils of Promise. She’s always wanted to learn more about coding, and got the chance to learn app development this summer. She’s so excited to be a part of Girls ReCode.
Suchita Vennam
Finance Officer
Suchi is an 11th grader from Florida. She is familiar with programming languages like HTML, CSS, and Python. She loves helping people in any way she can. She is president of her school's Pencil's for Promise club. Outside of school, she is an active member of the debate team and is involved in band. She's so excited to join the Girls ReCode team.
Sumaiya Dharsi
Art and Graphics
Sumaiya is a 12th grader in high school and is a part of the ASU club, art club, self defense club and of course girls recode. She likes to make art, either by drawing, painting or digital art and enjoys coding python.
Sunetra Maddipatla
Sunetra Maddipatla is a 11th grader in high school who loves coding, archery and music. She’s taken classes previously in app development and computer software programming and knows Python and HTML. In her free time she loves playing the violin, and participating in a multitude of clubs. She also does Bharatnatyum dance and plays the piano.
Feya Patel
Feya Patel is a 11th grader and her favorite programming language is Python. She’s a part of the ASU and debate team. She looks forward to helping kids advance in coding and helping them on their way.
Melinda Wang
Melinda is a 11th grader and she enjoys coding Python. She is also on the Girls Golf Varsity Team at school. She’s involved in many other clubs such as ASU, Write of Passage, and Pre-Med. She is honored to be able to pass down her knowledge of coding to other students and help them exceed in STEM!
Maya Srikantan
Maya is a 10th grader at Olympia High School. Her favorite programs to work with are python and javascript. Outside of coding, she has fun on the varsity tennis team and enjoys playing the violin. She is also apart of her schools key club and is president of her schools GSA. Through girls recode she enjoys encouraging and motivating younger girls!
